Personal data means any information concerning your identity. This includes details such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. In certain cases, we need your name and address, as well as other information to provide you with the services required. The electronic processing of personal data is carried out by us exclusively in the context of the fulfillment of commissioned services and for the protection of our business interests.
The data required for the purpose of reach measurement and marketing activities, for answering your contact request and for operating this website including its functions and content, are:

The transfer of data to third parties (eg processors) takes place exclusively on the basis of a legal license (eg the transmission of account data to payment service providers) if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (Article 6 (1) GDPR) or on the basis of a contract processing contract (Article 28 GDPR).
Data transmission to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not planned. A transfer is only permitted in the context of the fulfillment of our contractual obligations or due to legal obligations.
Deletion of your data
According to Art. 17 and Art. 18 of the GDPR, your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose. Excluded are data that are affected by a statutory retention period. In this case the data will be blocked after they are no longer required for the purpose and cannot be used for other purposes.
According to German law, data must be kept for 6 years according to §257(1) of German commercial code for 6 years, data according to §147 (1) for 10 years.
The hosting of our web services takes place on servers of 1 & 1 Internet SE or Hetzner Online GmbH. These services are used to make this online offer available. In order to ensure compliance with the GDPR, a contract for order data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR was concluded with the companies involved.
Automatically collected data
When visiting our websites, the following data are automatically stored for organizational and technical reasons: the name of the page you visited, the browser and operating system used, the date and time of the visit, the search engines used, the name of the documents downloaded, the size of the documents, the status of the web server and your IP address.
These data are used to secure our web service (for example, to track attacks) as well as to improve our online offering (e.g., troubleshooting). After 7 days, these data are automatically deleted unless they are needed to clarify an incident. In this case, the data will be deleted after clarification of the incident.
When visiting any of our websites, information may be stored in the form of cookies on your computer. Cookies are small text documents that are sent to your browser and stored by a web server on your computer's hard drive. Should you contact us, your data will be processed to process your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) GDPR. Your data can be transferred to the company's own CRM system.
After your request has been processed and completed, your data will be deleted, unless prohibited by statutory retention periods.
If you like to receive advertising content via our newsletter function, we need your e-mail address as well as your name and gender to enable a personal approach. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree that we will send you promotional e-mails containing information about our services and our company.
The registration for the newsletter will be logged in order to prove your registration in accordance with the legal requirements. In addition to the login data (e-mail address, name, gender), the IP address as well as the registration date are stored.
The newsletter is sent on the basis of the consent of the recipients (Art. 6 (1) DSGVO / §7 (3) UWP).
You can revoke the receipt of our newsletter at any time. For this purpose each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe from the service. Your data will be blocked in this case and will no longer be used for data processing. However, the data of your registration and registration are kept for 3 years to be able to subsequently provide proof of their granted consent.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Use is made on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f. DSGVO.
