The intended use of IDK® Immunosuppressants LC-MS/MS is to aid in the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of four immunosuppressant medications (i.e. cyclosporin A, everolimus, sirolimus & tacrolimus) by the assessment of medicine levels by determination of these levels of immunosuppressants in whole blood, performed by automated quantitative LC-MS/MS assay technology conducted by laboratory professionals.
